This open intelligence platform is created for data-gathering and analysis of business competitiveness sector in Serbia. Our objective is to prepare a 7 mil project that will ensure high value support services to SMEs in Serbia before the end of 2017.
We are currently analysing business environment and stakeholders in the broadest sense. Starting from the external factors, the EU, USA, Russia, Turkey, China etc. Multinational, international and bilateral organisations and their activities, resources they provided, where is the money coming from, existing organisational structures and regulations defining 'how' are business' supported, and how is the money spent, where are they shifting the balance of power, ongoing and past activities & projects to identify who had tried and achieved what so far; Narrowing down individuals - people, their biographies, behaviours, performance and lastly where are the money&resources going to. Ultimately trying to understand 'Why'. In the first stage of the project we'll be focused on entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs.
